本次《医学科研设计与论文写作》课程是一门基于研究生培养和学科建设需求引领的全新原创性课程，该课程通过科学研究方法和技巧探索生物的生理、病理、分子、细胞、组织以及整体机体等各方面的问题，建立和完善医学科学知识体系的学科。本课程重点阐述科学研究的基本过程、科研项目申请书的撰写并介绍了科研实施中的重要环节。本课程主要分为三篇，第一篇概述科学研究的全过程及主要步骤；第二篇主要介绍如何撰写项目申请书，通过分析成功获得资助的项目申请书，总结出存在的常见问题及解决方法；第三篇主要介绍在科研实施过程中对实验流程进行标准化，正确书写实验记录，客观观察实验现象，科学整理和分析结果并提炼出严谨的科研结论。通过本课程的学习培养学生对医学科研研究的兴趣和热情，培养研究生科研思维并提高其撰写项目申请书的能力、整理实验数据及分析、表达的能力。本课程以讲授为主，注重培养学生理论指导实践，教师讲授与课堂提问、学生讨论相结合，充分调动学生的学习积极性。课程考核方式，成绩由平时成绩（出勤20%，课堂表现20%）和笔试成绩（课后笔试考核60%）两部分组成。
