1. Clinical thinking is a key ability for clinicians to make judgments and decisions in clinical diagnosis and treatment, as well as an important part of clinical medicine teaching. The core of clinical thinking is to see the essence through the phenomena. The clinical problems under the "bio-psycho-social" medical model are not only related to the concept of diseases in the biomedical category, but are closely related to the "whole life cycle and the whole process of health". Clinical thinking training and cultivation run through the whole process of clinical medical education. The clinical thinking framework formed in the college education stage will become more mature and systematic in the post-graduation education stage due to higher intensity clinical practice. The understanding and familiarity of cognitive law and the organic combination with clinical practice are the key to implement effective clinical thinking training. No similar courses are currently available.2. The thinking course can improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of the subjects, and cultivate the students' ability to flexibly use professional knowledge and humanistic care. At the same time, clinical thinking course can also be used as a "bridge course", which has the role of course cohesion and can lay the foundation for the teaching object to improve the post competence.3. In the early stage, this course has been offered in the residential training course of affiliated hospital (including four-card postgraduate) for more than one year. The course is taught by provincial or above resident training teachers, and in combination with the requirements of standardized training for residents, the theoretical basis of clinical thinking is expounded through theoretical teaching, and the form of PBL group discussion class defines clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking. In addition, it deepens the understanding and application of clinical thinking in the form of practical class teaching, which runs well in the early stage and is welcomed and praised by students.
